Happy solar new year! Also, happy lunar new year! I’ve been out of it for a while.
Starting from December I’ve had sinusitis followed by pneumonia, which is not good, but the doctors assure me it is not going to kill me. In addition, for Christmas I was given the Kill Team rules and have subsequently fallen off the 40k wagon hard. So I didn’t get as much work done on GearHead as I would like. But, I do have a few things to report.
- The Australian Institute of Music Game Ensembles has composed a surf rock soundtrack for GearHead Caramel. Thanks to An Indie Games Person for making this happen.
- I’ve improved the widget capabilities of GearHead Caramel, and should have the new character generator working soon. Also, I’m hoping to make a new release of GearHead 1 later this week.
- I am planning to hire some programmers to help with bits of GearHead Caramel. To help out, you can get something from my itch.io shop or buy me a ko-fi.
