Bug: two doors in the same tile

I also had this problem, though I don't have the savegame.

Took a long time firing on stuff.. had to leave and reenter the area to be able to open it.

Was in the Cesar map.

I've also seen doors in a room, not in a doorway.  Always one tile away from a doorway, which often had a door in it, though.
