Japanese language version of GearHead 1

I introduced Japanese language version of GearHead 1 by ML one year ago.
Afterwards, l0ugh(his site) made 1.002 Japanese around last November.

And, an anonymous volunteer translates SDL1.100 and is modified it now.

I wish to express my gratitude to them.

Moreover, I rewrote the Japanese language version of GearHead 1 explanation of wiki.

ps.
Because win32 crt unit was improved since Free Pascal 2.0.4, it seems to be able to use Japanese by GH1.
It is joyous.
(However, it is necessary to coding it still for the grammar etc.)

and, Japanese GH1 wiki was made by the volunteer.
