I never use missiles anyways. I stick with lasers on mecha or on foot. In mecha battles, I generally don't have an mecha. Yes, I do fight mecha on foot. This generally (1/6th or so of the time) results in death of my character. (Though he survives after being taken to an hospital. His stuff gets repaired too, and it needs it).
