There's nothing on it in here, nothing in the help, and, predictably, nothing on it in the wiki.

How does the minigame work? I thought I had it figured out, but then I got a bad result from playing something they should've liked.
I'm not actually a spammer. I promise.

Look at the color of the audiences, then look at the color of each song. The blue audiences prefer emotion songs, the red audiences prefer beat songs, and the yellow audiences prefer melody songs.

The mood indicators above each audience (and how fast they are dancing) show how much they are enjoying the concert (- is bad, ~ is neutral, + is good). If things get really bad the - symbol will start turning red and if things don't improve the audience will leave. If things are going really well then the + symbol will turn bright green.

Try to play the type of song that will please the most people. If your performance skill is high enough, other audiences might enjoy your songs even if they prefer a different type.

So it does work that way. I wondered, because I played a beat song to a mostly red crowd and it went horribly. Guess I just fucked my skill roll or something.
