Bloody finally! I remember seeing the initial announcement a... while back. Possibly last year some time, it's been a heck of a wait.
Now I've just gotta' somehow manage to free up the couple'a gigs of space the thing'll need. *mutters vaguely*
Anyway, it'll be nice to try a MW again. Last time I played one was... a long time ago. Least a decade. It kicked me 'round the bin a few dozen times. M'not worth a crap with a joystick, heh.
EDIT: Except the downloading client whatsit needs open ports or something, which I can't really give it. Time to hunt up a direct download mirror =/
Or the server was down, or something. Whatever happened to a plain ol' zip file, man, really. /gripe
EDIT2: Ah, there we go. Gonna' be a good 9 hours or so, but that's better than the week or two the torrent would have given me... and the MTX thing's just bloody non-functional for me, probably due to server overload from what I managed to parse from their forums. Folks definitely need to get some mirrors up, I tell ya.
