I have encountered an 'strange object' encounter near Maquise Spinner. Upon going into the encounter I met an NPC and this quickly devolved to fighting. Going up against three enemies that got in some lucky hits, I just barely managed to win the battle. I wanted to explore the area, but with the damage I couldn't get anywhere in a timely manner. I limped back to Maquise Spinner to get repairs, and upon returning the encounter was still there...but there was nothing in it, not even wreakage (some of which I missed out on, but understandable.)
But what to do now? Is there something I am supposed to do inside the encounter, like find an object or use an skill? The fact that the encounter is still there tells me that something remains unfinished.
