Hit a snag.

Hey everyone.

I can't seem to progress with my "story" quest. I got the information that there's going to be a conference on the Zeron Armor in Gaos spinner National Plaza, but the national plaza is inaccessible and I can't seem to get any further information at the spinner.

I'd appreciate any hints or advice, thanks.
