Zako and Galena Hodges are the only two NPCs I remember meeting in Gearhead 2.

Here's a concept design sketch for Zako:

I don't think she looks sentai-villainy enough.  However, I'm quite sure she should be wearing some sort of head gear and a slightly revealing clothes with asymmetrical arm armor.

Nice.

Quoting: Phil Munoz
Zako and Galena Hodges are the only two NPCs I remember meeting in Gearhead 2.

Jondi you'll only meet if you're a Rocket Star, Ritzi appears if you agree to help Parshall* with a project (IIRC this quest opens up around renown 60**), Fuschia and Onawa show up from time to time as arena challengers.

*I should mention that Parshall uses Guy3. That one is also used by Jamil of Comet Metalworks, so maybe one or the other could use another portrait. Jamil is in Comet Tower in Maquise Spinner, Parshall is at the Prince Hotel in Gaos Spinner.

**Has anyone completed this quest yet? How do you like the casino?

Galena Hodges.  It's very difficult to draw a convincing old woman in anime style.  This one looks a bit too realistic, but I'll put this up here anyway.

Galena Hodges.

Nicely done!

Yep. I believe I said as much earlier in this thread (about my Mullins). Though, Mr. Hewitt did say that he was not necessarily looking for anime-style, but more like an 80's cartoon style.

This one looks a bit too realistic, but I'll put this up here anyway.

I think it fits the style well enough. At least the lines are the right thickness and the shading is simple.

Has anyone told you you're awesome?  'Cause you are, judging by your artwork.

In this sort of style, age is typically indicated by smaller eyes and more lines detailing the face. It's not even really necessary to draw wrinkles; just using more lines to draw the basic forms will result in an aged appearance. The face can also become sharper, with a more pronounced mouth and nose.
