I created this wiki page to keep track

Nice

A minor idea: As meshes could be scaled on the fly easily when a mecha is missing its own one we coudl scale +-5% or 10% per size difference between it and the base model.
So a size 3 mecha with no model could use the base BuruBuru one scaled 10% or 20% smaller. Larger mechas get larger models.

That's a great idea.  Like the Comet models, they could use the trailblazer mesh, and have and increasingly larger rescale for the galah and ramuh.

anyway, I've been tinkering with the BuruBuru's head.  I made it into this, but the poly count has gone up to around 1200's.

Private opinion: I think that the head would look better without protruding visor. Some sort of in-built lens would look better. Other than that, I have nothing against.

Myself, I think it looks downright cool the way it is. But if you have to change it to reduce polys or something I'll understand.

Meh. I don't like the idea.

I sent a message to Piotr Leszczynski asking him to upload his models, but I'm not sure he checks his Yahoo account.

I couldn't find a way to contact Omega, however.

Also, it would be great if JH could upload his most recent models.

I've updated the monsters. However, I'm not sure exactly how the NPC archetypes match up with the sprites. I checked ANPCdefault.txt but it doesn't list sprite names.

Yay! I got a message from Piotr. He's looking for them. Still need to contact Omega though.
