Forum Hit Hard
The forum’s down again, so here’s another open thread. Let’s see if I can get some more inexplicable links from China.
Incidentally, this picture shows what I believe to be the most heavily damaged mecha that I ever managed to drive home. It was destroyed in battle but rescued by Mecha Repair. It wasn’t even immobilized, although it did take me around 40 minutes to get back to the spinner.

The server’s hard drive is probably failing. This is going to keep happening until it is replaced.

Just think: if you’d hosted your forums at the Codex instead you would be enjoying all the lovely goatse pics now instead of suffering outages.

I remember something like that happening on my forum.
Though I think it was a deliberate attempt at making someone from another forum look bad.
It was a royal pita to remove it because the amount of pictures disrupted the post screen so I had trouble removing it. >_>
Anyways, we could always use my forum as a backup in case this one goes down. Again.

I’ve heard Google sites is good for these kinds of things. I haven’t looked at it too closely, though. Does anyone have more info?

The forum is dead again (9:23, 06 Feb ‘09, GMT+8)… all posts disappeared.

By the way, just wanted to clarify, did you really spend 45 minutes Real Time driving a mek back to a spinner? Wow.
